In my quote it includes a Navigator robot cleaner. Not sure if that's what you meant.Are y'all expecting a pressure side pool cleaner? In that location is a conduit up to the elevated pad that is likely to run ability to another pump.

What are those?•3 "Infusion Jet" surface returns with management eyeball fittings
I cannot readily see whatever plumbing that is waiting for an additional pump.
Talk to the builder.
