Cooking Biscuits In Air Fryer

If you love buttermilk biscuits, you are going to love Air Fryer Biscuits. These canned and refrigerated biscuits come out golden brown and delicious.

It does not get easier than canned and refrigerated biscuits made in the air fryer. Who doesn't love air fryer biscuits?!

The hot circulating air of the fryer makes the biscuits piping hot and a beautiful golden brown color.

If you love to enjoy crunchy biscuits with jam or gravy, this is the way to make them.

Just pop the biscuits into the unit and in 10 minutes, the air fryer biscuits will be golden brown and ready to eat.

TIPS FOR BISCUITS IN AIR FRYER

Be sure to turn the biscuits over half way through the cooking time. This will help the biscuits to cook evenly.

Only cook a single layer of biscuits at a time. Do not stack the biscuits. If you stack, the air fryer biscuits will not cook through correctly.

If you have an oven type air fryer with racks, we suggest that you use the middle rack to cook this recipe.

You can cook two racks at a time, but you most rotate the racks mid way through the cooking to ensure all biscuits are cooked evenly.

Remember each air fryer runs a bit different, watch your biscuits and check on them. You may need to adjust the time.

HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER BISCUITS

  1. Remove the refrigerated biscuits from the can.
  2. Place the biscuits in the basket or tray of your fryer.. (parchment or oiling the basket is optional).
  3. Air Fry biscuits at 330F/165C for 9-10 minutes. Flip the biscuits over, half way through the cook time. (Be sure to check the biscuits in the last few minutes to see if you need to adjust the cook time.)
  4. Carefully remove the biscuits and serve with jam or gravy. Enjoy!

Gluten- Free? Me too! This recipe however is not.

To date I have not been able to find refrigerated gluten-free biscuits. But a girl can dream right?

How to reheat biscuits

You might be wondering, how to reheat biscuits. When you make biscuits in the air fryer it is super easy to reheat them.

Simply put the cooked biscuits back into the air fryer at 350F and air fry for 2-3 minutes to reheat.
